Host Your Own Virtual Happy Hour

Happy hours are a little different these days with shelter in place and restaurants being closed. I know I personally have really enjoyed Zoom and Google Hangouts calls with my family and friends to fill the void of not being able to go out. It is a nice way to connect and laugh during these times. With Memorial Day coming up it’s hard to think that we can’t be with the ones we love. That’s why it’s a perfect time for a virtual happy hour/Memorial Day celebration! One person can send out a drink and appetizer recipe and then everyone can make the same drink and food at home. Then you cheers, catch up and maybe even play a game! It’s a great way to try new recipes or a new favorite cocktail (see recipes below).

The best part of this virtual happy hour is that it’s at home, which means comfy clothes are a must. If you haven’t tried our best-selling leggings yet trust me you need them in your life. They are so easily paired with long-length tunics (like the fun tie-dye print of the Cala Hooded Tunic) to create pulled-together looks while also giving you all day comfort. Or if you’re looking for something with a little more flow you’ll want to check out the lightweight cotton rayon of the Drawstring Wide Leg Pants. These pants are a must for the warming weather. Also, you could not go wrong reaching for any of our cotton oversize tops. They will give you a tailored look but be breathable and allow carefree movement – plus they are available in new summer colors!
