Easy Summer Mocktails

While sometimes you may crave an alcoholic beverage, there are just some days you're looking for something tasty minus the alcohol (especially when it's 10 AM!)

Here are some of our favorite mocktails to make at your next get-together or just for a nice relaxing evening on the porch in some comfy plus size pajamas!

Raspberry Lemonade Mojito - this refreshing mint drink is perfect on a warm summer's day!

What you'll need:

  • Handful of mint leaves
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 8 oz of sparkling raspberry lemonade
  • 2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ice
  • fresh raspberries

Place your mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice in a glass and muddle together.

Add ice and pour your sparkling raspberry lemonade over top.

Finish by garnishing with fresh raspberries and enjoy!

Sparkling Grapefruit Drink - a great drink to have with brunch or after a long day!

What you'll need:

  • fresh lime
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • about 20 mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup of soda water
  • ice

Muddle together your mint and sugar in a glass, then add in your freshly

squeezed grapefruit juice and mix. Add your soda water and garnish with a slice of lime!

Beautiful Sparkling Berry Drink - perfect for entertaining any time of year, but we prefer to enjoy during the summer months!

What you'll need:

  • 2 quarts cranberry juice cocktail
  • ½ (12 oz) thawed can of pink lemonade concentrate
  • 3 (12 oz) cans sparkling berry flavored water
  • ice
  • lime (cut into wedges)

Combine your cranberry juice, lemonade concentrate and sparkling

berry water into a large pitcher and mix thoroughly.

Serve over ice with a lime wedge for a garnish!

Summer Sunset Drink - a beautiful looking drink that will impress your friends or even yourself!

What you'll need:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp grenadine
  • Ice
  • orange slice

Fill a tall glass with your ice then add your orange juice.

Next add in the 2 tbsp of grenadine and garnish with an orange slice on the side!

It will look like a beautiful summer sunset and taste like a dream.

Watermelon Margarita - cool, refreshing, and fun! A perfect sip for sitting poolside.

What you'll need:

  • 1 medium seedless chilled watermelon
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice or fresh squeezed lime
  • 4 tsp agave nectar
  • Sparkling water

Use a blender to puree the chunks of chilled watermelon.

Pour into your margarita glass and add lime juice and top with sparkling water.

Add a piece of watermelon or a sugar rim as a garnish!

So, relax in your favorite plus size swimsuit or your comfiest pair of cotton leggings and put up your feet, you deserve it.
